Resolusi 2019: Mengurangi Benci

Saya memang tergolong orang yang selalu memiliki rencana atau target. Kalau ibarat sebuah permainan, setelah melewati level 1 maka saya akan berlanjut ke level 2, begitu seterusnya hingga permainan tersebut berakhir. Saya sudah menggeluti bidang sumber daya manusia selama sekitar 7 tahun. Sebuah rentang waktu yang cukup lama untuk bertemu dengan orang dari berbagai latar belakang dan karakter. Seluruh perusahaan tempat saya bekerja menaruh tugas rekrutmen sebagai salah satu indikator pencapaian. Tidak heran, saya cukup familiar dengan metode interview dan juga beberapa alat tes, terutama tes kepribadian. Saya pribadi termasuk golongan orang yang percaya akan pengaruh faktor kepribadian dalam keberhasilan seseorang. Oleh karena itu, biasanya saat pelaksanaan psikotes akan lebih banyak digunakan tes kepribadian dibandingkan kecerdasan. Meskipun saya seorang sarjana psikologi, saya tidak sembarangan memberikan analisa atau interpretasi dari alat tes. Terutama jika alat tesnya adalah alat tes proyeksi, seperti misalnya tes grafis menggambar pohon, manusia.
